Falcon'S View Queenstown

During my recent trip to Queenstown, I had the opportunity to stay at Falcon's View hotel for a transit stopover. The location of the hotel near the nearest airport, Matakauri Inn, was extremely convenient. With just a 10 km distance between the two, it made my travel arrangements seamless and hassle-free.

I struggled to get hold of the staff member responsible for opening up the hotel when I arrived.

The host was so friendly and welcoming, giving us a quick rundown of the place. the outstanding lake view from our room was breathtaking, and we didn't even need to pay extra for a cable car ride. the cozy and spotless studio room had all the amenities we needed, including a warm floor bathroom, heating, and a kitchenette.

Oh man, the bed was a disaster! It was unbelievably awful.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Guests were able to enjoy this view from their balcony while having breakfast or simply relaxing. the room was clean and comfortable, with a good-sized bed and underfloor heating in the bathroom. the host was lovely, offering helpful service and ensuring a safe environment with a locked entrance. the hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The lack of parking facilities was a drawback , forcing them to park on the street.

We had an amazing stay! The location was peaceful and quiet, yet only a 5-minute drive from the city. The views were fine, especially from our bed facing the large glass door. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, providing easy check-in and check-out. The room was clean and tidy, with a spacious bathroom. We also appreciated the added convenience of having a TV with Netflix and YouTube. Special thanks to William, were really nice to assist us.

Nothing not to love.

Mountain Views: The breathtaking mountain views from my room were like a scene out of a postcard. Waking up to such a majestic sight made me feel like I was in my own personal fairytale, surrounded by nature's beauty. It truly was a feast for the eyes.

Limited kitchen amenities.

The views of Lake Wakatipu and the majestic mountains were absolutely breathtaking. I felt like I was living in a postcard. Must bring sunglasses to avoid being blinded by natural beauty!

Oh, the agony of having to witness such natural beauty every day. It's a tough life, but someone has to endure it.

The apartment was super clean and modern, with a jaw-dropping view from the balcony. The bathroom had underfloor heating, and the beds were incredibly comfy. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions.

Mijn verblijf in het hotel was fantastisch. De vriendelijke eigenaar en eigenares zorgden voor een warm welkom en zelfs cadeautjes onder de kerstboom op kerstavond. Dit kleine gebaar toonde hun gastvrijheid en maakte mijn verblijf extra speciaal. Gelukkig was de locatie perfect voor een bezoek aan de kerstmarkt. Het hotel ligt dicht bij het historische centrum, waardoor alles op loopafstand bereikbaar was. De kamer was ruim en schoon, met comfortabele bedden en moderne voorzieningen. Het hotel bood natuurlijk parkeergelegenheid en goede aanbevelingen voor restaurants. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanraden aan zowel gezinnen als koppels.

I recently stayed at Falcon's View for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The small apartment was immaculately clean and had a lovely balcony with stunning views of the Remarkables. The beds were comfortable and the room was warm, even featuring underfloor heating in the bathroom. The hosts were friendly and available to answer any questions. The location was peaceful, offering a calm and modern atmosphere. The laundry facility was a helpful touch, and I particularly enjoyed having meals on the balcony while taking in the beautiful surroundings. a highly recommended stay.

Would recommend this hotel.

stayed in Queenstown before but Falcon's View exceeded expectations. Awesome lake and mountain view, clean and quiet environment, warmhearted hosts who don't disturb your stay. Recommend!
